At Cursed Archive, every piece is part of a preserved file — designed with intent, crafted with detail, and released in limited drops.
We do not create fast fashion. We archive what should not exist.

Because of the exclusive nature of our products, all purchases are subject to the following policy. Please read carefully before placing your order.

Eligibility for Return / Exchange

Requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery through:

Returns or exchanges are accepted only if:

  • The item received is defective
  • The wrong product was delivered
  • The product arrived damaged

A full unboxing video in one continuous shot is mandatory for verification.

Products that match the ordered size, colour, and design are not eligible for return or refund.

Please review the size chart carefully before ordering.

Product Conditions

To qualify for exchange or return, products must be:

  • Unused and unworn.
  • In original condition.
  • With all tags intact.
  • Returned in original packaging.

Any item failing inspection will be rejected.

Invalid Return Claims

The following are not considered defects:

  • Minor colour differences caused by lighting or screen settings.
  • Slight print, wash, or stitching variations.
  • Loose threads or handcrafted inconsistencies.
  • Creases or dust caused during shipping.

Most transit-related marks can be resolved after washing or ironing.

Replacement Priority

At Cursed Archive, replacements are prioritized over refunds.

  • Size exchanges may be approved depending on stock availability and require a small shipping fee.
  • Defective or incorrect products will be replaced at no extra cost.

Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only if:

  • The delivered product is confirmed defective
  • A replacement has already been provided
  • The replacement is also defective or unavailable

Once approved:

  • Store credit is issued for refunds which can be used for future purchases on cursed archive.

Refund Deductions

Approved refunds may include deductions for:

  • Shipping charges (forward & reverse)
  • Payment gateway fees
  • COD handling charges (if applicable)

Cash on Delivery (COD)

All COD orders require a partial advance payment of:

  • ₹99 or
  • 10% of the order value

This amount becomes non-refundable once the order is shipped, even if the package is refused at delivery.

Timeline & Processing

  • Approved exchanges are dispatched within 5 working days, subject to stock availability.
  • Do not send products back without approval.
  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Additional Notes

  • Any misuse, fraudulent claims, or abusive behaviour toward support staff will lead to immediate rejection of the request.
  • Cursed Archive reserves the right to deny returns, refunds, or exchanges if policy terms are violated.

Cursed Archive was never made for everyone.
Every drop is intentional. Every piece is archived permanently.
